Contracts Administrator

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong marketing and business administration skills.
  • Prior experience in Administrative or Document Control fields.
  • Ability to work under pressure, effective communication, and presentation skills.
  • Unquestionable integrity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business or legal information.
  • Experience working on high-value projects.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ERP systems.
  • Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals or teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contract documents for request for proposals and related supplemental documentation.
  • Administer subcontractor agreements to ensure contractual compliance and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Conduct initial contract reviews to identify risk areas and non-compliance terms.
  • Maintain correspondence matrices to collect relevant data from all departments for drafting required letters.
  • Negotiate contractual disputes with vendors and clients.
